Morgantis

We have some great news!  Recently Morgantis and our friends in Sarcred Phoenix and Haven applied for a raiding charter under the auspices of the LeftOvers raiding group.  For those of you who don't know, the LeftOvers is a group that started on our server Silver Hand many years ago; back in the Molten Core days.  It was started as a collection of people who were either not in raiding guilds or not getting into raids.  LeftOvers is simply a cross-guild group of people who raid.  It has grown and changed over the years to become a large, stable, and fun raiding support structure.  The name of our charter is Abandoned Logic.  You should definitely read a little about the LeftOvers here.

We decided to do this for a couple reasons.  As we all know, in the history of Morgantis, we've never really been able to muster quite enough people to run an all-guild raid.  Sacred Phoenix is in this boat as well.  This is due to the casual nature of our guilds and it's the way we like it.  Raiding within the LeftOvers will allow us to pull people from a large pool of quality players who would otherwise not get to raid.  This will enable us to easily fill those last few spots that we're always missing.  The second reason is for stability.  The LOs provide a very simple and easy support infrastructure.  This means things like a sign-up website, fair and heavily used loot rules, as well as a helpful and fun community.  We're all very excited to be part of the LOs and try something new for a change!

What does this mean for you?

• 1)  First and foremost, you MUST go to www.leftoversraiding.org and register for an account there.  This is the website that will be used for raid sign-ups and slotting.  Please go there and register.  Failing to do so will preclude you from joining our raids.
• 2)  Understand the loot rules.  Read this post.  All charters and raid groups follow these rules.  We believe they are fair and easy.  The rules are a mix between rolling and points.  Please have an idea about how they work before coming to a raid.
• 3)  Sign up for raids!  Use the raid sign-up page to sign yourself up for raids.  The charter leads (Roki, Huntarr, etc) will be slotting these raids.  You can't be slotted if you don't sign-up!  Our charter states that guild members of Sacred Phoenix, Haven, and Morgantis will be given preference (with practical raid balance limits of course).  Note: On the raid sign-up page you are able to sign-up for raids with any charter.  If you intend to raid with us, please make sure you sign up for the Abandoned Logic charter.

 OK so were currently working on creating/submitting a Left Overs 25 man raid charter. It would be co venture between Morgantis and Sacred Phoenix with the goal of starting the 25 man raid content. There will be more details given as the charter and our goals are worked out.
